Terms of use-policy and privacy and sharing and cross sharing platform policys has been a new..field altogether on line and becomes very important as you proceed further ..blessings to all who ever goes into
the creative art of digital photography field..or any other for that matter..a long journey full of various experiences as we all have on line..don't we.for me it has been quite something trying to gather all under one roof..in a simple and clear way.

will put one term/policy i come to consider a
GENERAL
( terms of use; like membership site policy's.. read about now..)

way to act on -line unfortunately it has not applied to all,
so I will clarify here the use of my photographs;
please consider following:
this please if you wish to use any material or content or link work...
that is not as for a free use as the sites like; flickr,and can alwys be changed by as when is the beed to be more specific in the sharing rules and regulations..
or any other visual sharing site.with CC policy possibility.


Please follow the guidelines of a nice policy,
-if you do not know the copyright or use please ask so or write to the owner and
always use the name of the photographer please.
It is good policy to let the owner know if you link to your website..if there is not specific terms stated .for copying or copyrights or the person that are the liable person to turn to in terms of any issue you are onshore of.

Every artist wishes their work to be treated respectfully on line and off line.


Please do not use it in harmful ways to inpersonating an other person -including the creator(s)

or constituting to or encouraging conduct that would harm or lead to a criminal offense in any country or continent off line or on line.

Even I learn all the time to be more and more accurate and clearer so misunderstandings do not occur of use.terms and policys..

It is nice to share content ; visuals on line if but
the share but fair and freedom would be respected
but as we all know
we have different opinions and aspects and viewpoints in life that do not always match.
